Calendar of Events
In order to highlight the needs and aspirations of the FREED (UK) group and to raise much needed funding, various events are undertaken. We encourage group members and volunteers to participate as much as they can. These activities and events are listed below. We hope that you can show your support by attending these events and better still by actively taking part. However, people are also required to help with activities that are not about raising money and if you can organise, load lorry containers or simply sort and pack items for export to Ghana your input will be appreciated. If you feel that you would like to contribute to the work of FREED (UK) but cannot commit to the full active membership, the group are always looking for 'ad hoc' help at busy times. Check the calendar for information when assistance is required.

This is an important meeting for anyone travelling to Ghana in October 2011. This meeting is for all the members of FREED UK and anybody that would like to come along who may be interested in the work done by the group. - FREED UK Trip to Ghana in October 2011
It has been decided at the last meeting in March that the trip to Ghana this year will be on the 14/15th of October 2011. Anyone going on the trip will need to be present at the meeting in May (details above). Please make every effort to attend.
